Donna (Paperclip) is used only by its owner. It accesses Google user data only from the owner’s own Google account, and only after the owner signs in and grants access.
Files in Google Drive, plus Google Docs, Sheets and Forms content and form responses, as needed for tasks the owner asks it to do.
The data is used only to carry out the owner’s tasks. To do that work, content is processed by AI models from Anthropic (Claude). The data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else. It is not used to train AI models.
Google sign-in tokens are stored encrypted on a server the owner controls. Task notes may keep excerpts of documents that the owner asked to have summarised or changed.
The owner can remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Donna’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
